12-Month Love It or Leave It

If you, as a buyer, are not completely happy with your home purchase during the first 12 months, Team Forss will list your home for free. What that means is Team Forss will not earn a listing commission and the homeowner would only be required to pay the commission side for the buyer’s agent.

10k Elite Home Program

When you list with Team Forss, your home will already stand out with our marketing. We spend tens of thousands every month to help make your home stand out by methodically investing where you get the biggest return but we go one step further now and market to the real estate community on a much larger scale than anyone too!

When you market your home as a 10k Elite Home, it not only boosts the appeal to buyers but also offers extra incentive to buyers agents to show and ultimately sell your home.

What happens is, once we hit a certain number of SOLD 10k Elite Homes, we throw a big party for those buyers agents! The agents that have sold 10k Elite Homes have to opportunity to get a $10,000 bonus by playing Minute to Win It games, starting with Real Estate ethics trivia. We have our local real estate board attorney and emcee the event to make sure we all stay on track, and that evening we’ll award a $10,000 bonus to someone who represented a buyer on one of those Elite homes.
