Should you tell the buyer every single detail about the offer? Of course not. Once you weed out any definite “No’s” on your property, we’ll know which buyers are in your ballpark.

3. How do I maximize the exposure of my home? There are a few different approaches we can take. You can decide whether to keep it on the market and just take the offers as they come, or you can wait to address all of the offers at one time. Either way, keep your lines of communications open.
