Temecula Local Guide: Vintage Hills
The Charm of Vintage Hills
If charm is what you seek, then look no further than Vintage Hills. On any given day, it’s not uncommon to find a hot air balloon landing at the end of the street! Located just 3 miles east on Rancho California Road and 2 minutes from Temecula Wine Country, Vintage Hills is another quaint bedroom community that residents love to call home. Homes in this community were built in the early 1990’s and are anywhere from 1500 square feet to 3600 square feet. Not your, average cookie-cutter tract lot, some of the homes boast more than a 1/4 acre of land! To continue with the idea of not being average, the homes in one tract of Vintage Hills are steel framed – no wood framing – a 1990’s effort at trying something new!
The Vintage Hills Association has 2 community pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts and basketball courts. Award winning Vintage Hills Elementary School is nestled within the neighborhood and is considered a crown jewel for this charming community. The neighborhood grocer, local bakery, and big-named coffee house are one street over for this charming community. Stop by for a quick work-out or a pedicure in the Meadows Marketplace on the northern border of Vintage Hills before heading to Wine Country for a tour.
